Underfloor heating systems from the 70s to 90s often age and become silted up, as the plastic pipes used at the time are not diffusion-tight. Oxygen penetrates the system, causing corrosion and silting. This leads to less comfort and higher energy consumption. Mechanical cleaning and replacing old manifolds will make the heating efficient again. We offer procedures for leak sealing, mechanical cleaning and internal refurbishment of underfloor heating systems.
We are experts in the field of underfloor heating.
Energy-efficient refurbishment through mechanical cleaning of the underfloor heating
Internal pipe rehabilitation by coating oxygen-permeable pipes

Our process - explained step by step
1.
Our work focuses on the areas of heating manifolds. We cover our place of work cleanly.
2.
The old heating manifolds are dismantled and replaced. The newly installed chrome steel manifolds can be precisely adjusted using the flow meters.
3.
The floor heating pipes are cleaned with foam, high pressure and an air/water mixture. The soiling is worked out.
4.
In the case of very heavily contaminated or damaged pipes, the pipes are then recoated from the inside.
5.
Thanks to cleaned and renovated pipes, you will have warm feet again and save heating costs for another 20 years.
